In the off chance that our product has manufacturer defects (i.e skipping, major warp, unplayable, wrong color as stated), please email wildflowerwaxed@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with proof. We will only refund, return or exchange under these conditions.

Our products are packed well in sturdy, industry-standard cardboard mailers made just for vinyl records, and are visually inspected before shipping. Rest assured that your records will arrive safely regardless of its domestic or international travel to you.

Note on seam splits: Minor seam splits and corner bends can occur during international shipping – while they may not be eligible for refund, return or exchange, we’re happy to automatically provide protective plastic sleeves free of charge when spotted.

*Thankfully, as we order our records wholesale, seam splits and bends are a pretty unicorn-ish occurrence in the first place.

We’re currently stocked exclusively at Second Story: Peace Edition, a 6-month pop-up at Peace Centre, #02-12/13, before the building’s eventual demolition (it’s en bloc’d).

Wildflower’s entire vinyl record selection has been moved to Peace Centre due to new logistical changes! At Peace Centre, we will be moving inventory at great prices.

All vinyl records for sale are brand new and sealed unless stated as “Used” or “Vintage”. We are unable to entertain any requests to open sealed vinyl to confirm colour variations, etc.

All our vinyl records are 100% official, obtained only via international music distributors and record labels. You can verify authenticity easily by scanning barcodes behind the vinyl records and checking against Discogs.

You will not get an unofficial product unless they are clearly stated as “Unofficial” or “Bootleg”.

Yes, we do! Please note that we count per LP (singular playing disc) and not per album.

There will be a flat SGD $29.90 upon checkout for international customers. We will either refund you the difference or request for a top up when quoted the actual price by our courier partners.
